New Purpose

The purpose of this site has changed. While there may be “posts” about particular topics, the focus will be to provide an archive of analytical pieces that describe the effectiveness of federal government spending. These will be done as “pages” (see right) that will permanently document facts about government spending programs and their effectiveness.
